I just installed new color and black and white ink cartridges and now all of my emails and internet print jobs are printing in a light blue - documents in Word print fine in black and white. The nozzle check printout only showed light blue and black. Does this mean that my ink cartridges are faulty? It was working fine prior to replacing both cartridges. Thanks.
