Hard Drive missing after deletion of partition

So i recently bought a 3TB External Harddrive, and then had to turn it into a internal by removing the covering and and installing it into my computer via Sata. I completed this and when i went onto my computer it showed up as 300 gigs total space. So i enter disk management and reformat it and extended the space to 2100 gigs the highest option. I thought that i could get more some how and i somehow ended up deleting the partition. Since then i was not able to see the drive in My computer or disk management so i installed a software (EaseUS Data Recovery) and am now currently doing a scan of the the drive to recover it. I was wondering if after this i will be able to somehow view the drive in disk management and my computer again. And if so how do i do this.
