Computer freezing problem

I've had this problem for about three weeks, ever since I built this computer, it freezes about 5-10 minutes after I turn it on, without fail. I suspect this is a hardware problem because I wiped the computer and reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate, and the problem seemed to stop for a bit (or at least delay the freezing), but it started up again when I tried to play Skyrim, and now it freezes even when idle. It doesn't happen in Safe Mode, though. I've asked on other forum sites and have come up with no luck, any help? :(

CPU: AMD-FX 6300 (With Hyper 212 EVO cooler)
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 760
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Mobo: ASRock 970 extreme3 r2.0
PSU: Seasonic 550w, modular
RAM: 8gb (2x 4gb) Corsair Vengeance
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Case(If it matters): NZXT Source 210 Elite.
