Horizontal stripes when watching stream videos?

Hey!

I have a few years old pc which has been working great, until month ago I installed my very first SSD-HDD. Then the problems began: every time I watch streaming videos in Youtube or Netflix etc. the picture has very irritating horizontal stripes randomly. It happens with my monitor and also with TV, which is attached to my PC with HDMI-cable. And the funny part is, stripes won't show if watching videos from computers DVD-drive!

Things I've tested so far:

*With another GPU
*New RAM installed and memtest ran without problems
*Tried with different HDMI and DVI-cables
*With 2 different monitors
*Switched SATA-cables places and checked that they're attached properly
*Even tried with another HDD (not SSD) and installed windows and everything from the start, no help.
*Tried several different GPU drivers

Could it be something to do with ACHI-drivers? I know it sounds like a long shot, but I'm really running out of options here :/ Strangest thing is that everything was working good before SSD, but now this problem shows up even with normal HDD!

Any help would be much appreciated!
