sound from speakers works fine, but when I plug earphones or headset into the jackplug(s) the sound still comes out the speakers and no sound in the earplugs/headset.
I have recently bought this as a refurbished pc and have only just tried to use earphones. ie it has never worked properly.
In control panel/sound there are no earphones/headphones devices listed under playback devices. Only speakers (default) and 2 HDMI devices (unplugged)
there is an IDT Audio software program installed
