SATA drives always problem

Hi Guys

My sata drives are really problematic.
Sometimes they are not detected, sometimes detected but cause the harddisk to keep spinning, sometimes even causing the BIOS to not show up.
Is this system problem (drivers etc) or hardware problem (my mobo is damaged)?
