So what happened was I ran the AMD catalyst uninstall utility and it ended up giving me a BSOD.
After rebooting my 4 usb ports stopped working. Out of my 8 USB Ports, 4 of them have stopped working. The 4 that don't work are usb 3.0.
I have tried reinstalling the lastest Asmedia USB driver but that didn't fix it. I looked under device manager and there are 3 devices under "other devices". 2 called Universal Seriel Bus (USB) Controller and 1 called SM bus Controller. The sm bus and one of the usb has a ? mark while the other usb has a ! mark. I've selected them and clicked update driver but it just says windows could not find driver software for your device for all 3.
I'm running on Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium and I have a ASUS F2A85-M Pro motherboard.
I could really use some help with this.
