Reusing Case with New Innards

I have a box I built in 2010 with the components listed below. Am I right in thinking that I ought to be able to reuse most of the components and just replace the Motherboard,CPU and CPU cooler? Would there be any balance issues etc. or should I have a pretty reasonable system with just those replacements? Opinions and suggestions are most welcome.
