my wife's laptop is having trouble loading, it loads fine to the point where you pick what user you want to log in after that it wont load screen stay's black some time's for a few mins other times for hrs.Have tried reloading windows but wont let me,either tells me disk is bad or after loading setup files it sits and spins out on set up is starting,curser spins but is movable.some times it will tell me windows can not find any disks other times wont say anything just sit on set up is starting.Have tried loading disk different ways waiting for black screen to finally load user log in,tryed safe mode,safe mode with networking,still cant get disk to re-load window's.have been messing with this for last 3 days now and i'm at my witts end with this thing.If anyone know's what I can do to get windows disk to load and reinstall windows plz let me know.Thank you
