New CPU Cooler problem

so i just installed a new cpu water cooler from antec..


everything seems to be ok..my temps are REALLY low...wich is a good this....becouse the system is "cool" my fans dont spin at high rpm's so my mobo gave me a message "cpu fan fail" so i went into the bios and i set cpu fan monitor to "ignore" ..

my system boots up normally but asus ai software also give me same warning message..and yes i have checked that no fans are faulty or blocked by something..


i really didnt like to set the option to "ignore" becouse that could be usefull if something fails...

just wondering what are my options here to fix this little issue?
