It's not supported by our IT department meaning that they won't give us a second monitor.
I just spoke with our IT rep and his words, verbatim were:
"There are people that do use dual monitors, so apparently it is possible, just that calling CAG helpdesk for that will not help"
My prior posting below:
"I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs and have recently been allowed to telework from home every other week. At work, I utilize two monitors as we must have several applications open at once, to allow us to pay bills, research claims, etc. The system we use that allows us to access our desktops from work is CENTRIX.
I have been told that we cannot use the 2-screen option from home as this ability is not supported by our IT department.
Was wondering if someone in these forums might be aware of a work-around for this.
Thanks much for any assistance or suggestions.
BTW, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. Could not find one that fit this question.
Thanks again.
Joe"
