Solved: Changind harddrives

ok so i currently have a 70gb hard drive that i have win 7 installed on...my terabyte storage drive failed a while ago..so im about to go buy an ssd and another storage drive..im planing on just doing a fresh install of windows...im just wondering if i have to delete anything before i install.....

i was just planing on removing all the hard drives i have and installing the new ssd and storage and installing windows..am i correct by doing that?

or am i missing a few steps?

i dont really need anything to back up btw..
