Hardware requirement for hosting web application

Hi,

could you please tell me the what should be the specifications of a machine on which i can host
a Java Struts Web application? we will be using Apache Tomcat Server and MYSQL(database).

It will be accessed by maximum 5 users,
has 2 dynamic pages accessing 3 to 4 MySql tables(having less than 10 columns each), and
interfaces with an email server.

i need the following information(we will be using windows):

1) Processor and speed
2) RAM
3) Hard disk space required
4) How many partitions of hard disk is needed and space to be allocated for each partition
5) should it be 32 bit or 64 bit(if i go in for 64 bit OS, will it support 32 bit applications -tomcat,mysql,web application developed on 32 bit machine)?
