Custom build question(s)

Hi I am currently gathering the components I need for this custom budget pc build below. I've marked items already bought so far as my money unfortunately only allows me to get the components part by part. However I have a few questions regarding the build as I'm still quite new to PC building (will be my 2nd custom build)

1. Would a 600W power supply would be enough to power this build. Or should I go for something higher?
2. I am considering using a fan controller as the case comes with 5 fans. However some of the case fans are 3 pin and some are molex whereas the fan controller would be 3 pin connections only. I know I need a molex to 3-pin adapter however most adapters I've looked at online say that they're not suitable for RPM monitoring. Is there a specific adapter I should be looking for?
3. I would like to overclock the cpu a to maybe 4ghz. Would this be possible with this motherboard and cooler?
