Is this unacceptably slow?

I have the Lenovo Yoga 11s

I don't use it often and it only have the basics installed. Chrome, MS Office 365, Abode PDF, Skype etc. It's maybe 3 months old now.

However, yesterday I wanted to do two things, watch a youtube video (3 hours long) and play Candy Crush to relieve the bored of the video. However, the computer had serious problems doing this. The video would stutter and the game also had major lag. Even snapping to the side was very slow (maybe 8 seconds). I closed all other application which did help a bit but it was still very slow.

This wasn't a cheap laptop I would expect a lot better than this, but I would like a second opinion. Any ideas?
