I have this junky old Dell Dimension 2400 circa 2004. Last night I booted it up for fun, and as soon as it booted, it shut off, and got stuck in a rebooting loop. No matter what I do, I just keeps rebooting. Everything is plugged in and the CPU is being cooled. The PC doesn't matter, I'm going to throw it out anyway. Since I've troubleshooted just about every piece of hardware except the motherboard, is it maybe the chipset(s) that are damaged?
