What to do with an old computer?

Hey everyone,

So I have this very old computer with these specs:
- Pentium S @ 133MHz
- 16MB RAM
- 200MB HDD
- A noisy (still working) CD Player

There is a button on the front of the case as well and a digit display.
But I have no clue what it is for.
It says 'Turbo' next to that button and it is below the button with 'Power'.
The 'Power' button is the on/off switch.
When I press the 'Turbo' button, the digit display changes to 133, and when you press it again it becomes 16.
So the 'Turbo' button is basically a 133/16 switch.

The PC is in a working condition, but it can barely handle the Windows 98 on it...
Is there any use for this old computer or is it just trash? (well it is trash)
