HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909a Series replacement

Looking for suggestions for a replacement for a
HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909a Series
to work on a windows 7 64bit PC

this printer is very cheap to run on ink.
Looking for the same sort of cheap print per page

Also need the hopper on the top of the printer
so that documents can be loaded and copied / scanned

Use for B&W and Colour documents
Used for scanning
Used for printing family photographs
maybe printing documents of 20-30 pages once a week

Any recommendations

Budget around £150 or less if possible
