So. I have an ugly tower with blue and grey and a lot of power wires <removed by moderator - ETAF> and I am renovating my room as we speak. I thought about a way to hide that ugly piece of metal in a(I don't know the word in English - pieces of wood glued together in one big .. thing http://www.deltastudio.ro/blog/wp-co...2014/04/01.jpg) with a hole on the top of the box for the monitor wires and one for the CD drive in front aand (please don't laugh) for ventilation I thought about this: I remove the side cover of the tower and I install 2-3 coolers on the inside of the box walls(in the back, where the wires are) and I make a few chic holes in the front - bigger, smaller, etc for the wind to come out . On the outside I paint it a nice color and where the holes are I draw something nice as a flower or such.
I need to do this because I keep my PC at the end of my bed because I don't have a desk in my room and I don't want one either. Suggestions? How can I improve my design? Or do you have another idea? I will try and draw a sketch of the thing I talked about and post it here maybe you will better understand what I am trying so hard to explain.

Sorry for the poor resolution and drawing I have my scanner packed in a box because of the renovations.
The absolute thing I'm going for is : No PC tower showing, no wires just a box and a monitor on the top of it.
I need to do this because I keep my PC at the end of my bed because I don't have a desk in my room and I don't want one either. Suggestions? How can I improve my design? Or do you have another idea?
