can't shut down pc

Dear Support Guy,

Please help me solve my problem in shutting down my Ee PC. Last night i forgot to shut it down, when i woke up early morning the computer was off. then i used it again, turn on then the document appeared by itself, then i tried to shut down, but it wont shut down now
