Solved: Help with Projector

Hello,

I'm not certain at all if this is the correct location for this thread as it's my first time to this site. But I was wondering if anyone could help me with a projector inquiry. I go to a lot of meetings where my laptop is connected to the projector. I'd like to be able to take notes on notepad/word but I would like this to not display on the projector for everyone to see. Is there a way to have an application not transfer to the projector? It's a work computer running Windows 7, I am not capable of downloading any third party apps unfortunately...
