Hey, I am not sure where to put this question, there are so many things on this forum, moderator please if you could put it where it is suppose to be.
I am not sure how to explain my computer problem:
The letter c is not working on my Asus N61J laptop. It is only in my post by manual copy and paste.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver.
down loaded microsofts mr fix it.
picked up the actual key and cleaned it.
checked my updates.
Turned on and off my firewall.
Please if someone could help, I am desperate to not have to pay any money for a new laptop if I can troubleshoot it myself.
