Solved: Windows Failed to Start due to Hardware changes?

Hello, okay so I been getting some pretty high temps on my CPU and GPU so I decided to clean out the computer of dust and what not. I have a Corsair H50 to cool my CPU and 2 fans in Push Pull on the radiator block so it took a little more time to disconnect the two fans and block so I can rid said fans and block of dust. I cleaned the Mobo, RAM and GPU from dust even getting into the cracks of the heat spreader fans. I did not disconnect the Cooling block on my CPU cooler ( Corsair H50 ) so the CPU was not affected in any way. I did remove the GPU ( XFX Radeon HD 5770 ) to clean both sides of the board and the fan + heat spreader copper tubes and nickle fins.

I placed everything back, connected everything back the way it was and went to boot my computer, either one of the CPU fans were making rattling noises so I shut down even before full boot because I was afraid of damaging anything precocious. I did things like Tightening the screws to the fans, loosening them and rotating them multiple times to try to fix this problem since I could hear it was coming from them, and lifting the whole unite with pressure from my finger changed the way it sounded and also stopped making the sound when given the right pressure. So finally after doing all these changes to try and fix the sound, ( also should add that I did this about 3-4 times trying to fix the sound and each time I did boot and shut down before full boot due to the sound and worried for serious damage to hardware ) So I fixed the sound, rotating the wires out and making the screws really tight, I booted again. I got the black screen after the BIOS screen and it read "Failed to start up windows do to recent hardware changes" Granted I got this message in the last boot up I did so even though I fixed the sound I went ahead and re did the radiator and fans to the sound free way I found, I took the GPU out and gave it a quick wipe down for finger grease and more dust, cleaned the PCIe ports just incase there was a connector problem with the GPU and then did this final boot and got the message again. It gave me 2 options, either run system repair or start windows normally. Seeing as I was hearing no unusual noises anymore, and I didn't change any hardware I chose to start windows normally to see what would happen. Windows seemed to have booted fine seeing as I am here asking this question. I ran HW Monitor and CPU-Z from CPUID and temps seem good, volts are good. All my computers info in CPU-Z and Everest seem normal. Everything seems completely good and normal. Sorry for the long essay, just rather you know the details of what I was doing before this point. The question is, is there anything that I did that could have caused this error on startup to show or did I do something that causes this error as a safety thing so I could run windows normally and nothing to worry about.
