Photo Smart 5510 won't print a colored picture

H-P Photo Smart 5510 won't print a colored picture. I replaced all ink cartridges and the black prints fine. When I try to print a color picture it comes out colorless. I took and made a sheet with letters of the alphabet in all the colors and they printed fine. It is just pictures won't print in color. I have read the instruction book and can find no solution to this problem. Anyone out there with an answer?
The pictures are being printed from Windows Photo Viewer , they appear in color in the viewer :mad:
