Good Morning.
Issue
I recently discovered that the memory tab in CPU-Z is only populated with minimal data, however the SPD tab shows detailed information in slot #3 and #4.
Research/Details
I did a google search and found that this seemed to occur with mismatched memory or memory with different speeds. The RAM sticks were bought in a pack together, so curious as to why I am seeing this issue. The two RAM sticks are in slots 1 and 3 (Bank 0)
- CPU-Z v1.69.0x64
- Motherboard: Z68X-UD3-B3 (Gigabyte)
- Ram: PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)
Concern
I want to ensure that I am actually achieving dual channel memory (800mhz per) and utilizing the RAMs performance to it's entirety.
