My epson wf3540 was recently switched off at the mains by somebody whilst it was on. When turned back on it would no longer recognize the black cartridge. Although they are compatibles I have switched it out for another and it still isnt recognizing it.
ive tried to do a factory reset but i cant get through the options screen as it is stuck in a loop of not recognizing the cartridge.
can anybody help? i have an assignment due in within the next 4 hours and cannot print.
