Should I Splurge on an SSD?

Sorry if this is the wrong section.

I'm getting the MSI G Series GE70 Apache Pro-012 17.3-Inch gaming laptop most likely, and it comes with a 7200rpm HDD.
The most hardware intensive game I'll be playing is skyrim on ultra. I know it can handle it, but would an SSD make such a huge difference that I should spend an extra $130 on it? I'm already at my limit for money with the computer itself; 1299 is above my budget. But I don't want to be disappointed with load times.
So basically my questions are:

1. Can you give me a rough estimate at how fast the load times will be on ultra with no SSD?

2. How fast will it be WITH the SSD?

3. Is it worth the price for the SSD?

4. Is an external SSD much slower than an internal one?

Sorry for so many questions. I want to make sure of everything before I invest a lot of money in a computer.
