Blue Screen on Desktop PC

Please note that the Norton was a trial version; I actually use Avira for my antivirus.

In November or December of 2012, I got a new power supply and graphics card for my computer, and had a tech-savvy friend (who has built computers and worked as tech support) install them for me. It generally works great.

However, once in that December, and three (I think) other times since then (the most recent being last week), my computer would pop up a blue screen with the following message on it. (Same message each time)

This has never happened while actually using my PC. Either I will come home from work and notice this, or I will wake up in the morning and notice this. A shutdown and restart always solves it. However, I am concerned that there may be an ongoing and/or future worse problem.

Is this something I should be worried about? If so, is there something I can do to fix it that doesn't involve uninstalling the new power supply and graphics card?
