Solved: Help needed- driver issues

Hi and thanks in advance for any help given.

I am having an issue where my computer is not updating certain drivers and I am unable to use my BD/CD Rom drive as it is not recognised.

In my control panel I have a yellow triangle with an (!) in it on both my DEVICES - PC & also I have an unspecified ALAJS1LU IDE issue.

I have tried the basic troubleshoot on both issues but each time it comes back with a list of drivers that cannot be installed.

Laptop - Dell XPS17 L701X
Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 CPU M560 @2.67GHz
64 bit operating system running Windows 7
