Boot sequents hangs up at USB init.

Asus 4A785m mother board. Athlon II X4 620 2.6ghz, 4gig ram, windows 7 pro x64.

Plugged into this unit are:
One creative HD webcam (usb),
one Logitech G110 gaming keyboard (wired USB),
one Logitech,m510 Wireless mouse (USB)
One HP 6280 all in one printer. (not currently plugged in), USB when its plugged in.

When I boot up, the boot sequence tends to hang up on the Initializing USB stuff..

Then it shows 3 keyboards, 1 mouse and 1 hub all hooked up..

3 keyboards?!!!

I tried clearing the CMOS per the mother board manual.. Nothing.. Maybe I need to update the flash bios?
bios set up page says V.o2.61-1985-2009 America megatrends.

Any ideas? Thanks.
