so after much deliberation i decided to swap out my Phenom II 1055t for the FX8150
im just a little concerned about the temps.
on idle its producing 41C, which i thought was quite good
however under load (gaming mostly, world of tanks usually) its hitting 65c and starting to stutter.
im not using the cooler that came with it either, im using a vendetta 2 which i thought would be up to the job, im guessing i might be wrong?
im also running a 120mm intake fan at the front of the pc. a 120mm exhaust and the rear and another 90mm exhaust at the rear too.
mobo. 990fx extreme 3
8gig DDR3 corsair 1600mhz
Gainward GTX470
viper 850w PSU.
