Computer wont boot

So recently I was working on my car and I had to give it a jump. Some sparks flew, my phone was in my pocket, and I had noticed that it just turned off when it had almost half of the battery power left. I then proceeded to take my phone inside and charge it. Stupidly, I plugged into my pc's usb slot and it instantly shut down. I figured the motherboard was fried so I purchased a new one along with a new PSU. When they arrived I plugged up my AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core and 4GB Corsair RAM into ASUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard. At first I got it to boot but I had to do a fresh install of windows. After about a day of it working, my computer failed to boot. When I turn it on the screen reads no input and I tried using the motherboards onboard video but that didn't work either. All the fans and lights do come on. If I had to take a guess myself it would either be that I need a new set of RAM and a new CPU along with a new Graphics card but I don't no for sure and I'd rather first get some outside input before I make anymore purchases. thanks! :)
