I have run diagnostic test for my hard drive and it failed with the below error:
Hard Drive -DST short test
Error code - 0142
Msg:Error code = 2000-0142
Msg:hard drive - self test unsuccessful
Status :99
i have dell studio 1435 laptop.
So can anyone help me in telling the reason for the above error.
why this error came and how to get rid of this error??
