Need Help With Dell 0C27VV Motherboard

My spare Dell OptiPlex 780 MiniTower has a Dell 0C27VV motherboard (see below thumbnail).

The top 2 SATA ports are blue and black.

The bottom 2 SATA ports are white and black.

The original hard drive is connected to the dark blue port.

The original disc drive is connected to the bottom white port.

I plan to install a second hard drive and run a different Windows version in each one.

I'm not sure if I need to connect it to the top or bottom black port.

Can you also advise how to determine their number sequence?

I can't find anything that confirms which ports are SATA-0, SATA-1, SATA-2, SATA-3.
