Best universal laptop charger

Trying to find a best univeral laptop charger to use in laptop repairs and so on. Ebay is full of them but i cant seem to find the one i might consider great.

Does anyone know if there is anything that could be considered a "cadillac" class of these products? Some branded one with ******** of tips and so on?
