Hi, I'm a tech support person for my company and we have a SnapServer DX1 from Overland Storage that is connected to an APC Smart-UPS 2200 equipped with an NMC. Currently our configuration for a graceful shut down is that the NAS listens for a low battery warning from the UPS and shuts down with the UPS. I have been told by my supervisor that this is not ideal and what I want to know is if there is a third party program or patch or whatever that I can use to work like the PowerChute Network Shutdown on our other servers to gracefully shut the SnapServer NAS down after 10-15 minutes on battery power. I'm starting to get desperate, please someone help me. :confused::(
