Good Overclock speed for I7 3930K?

Hi. I havnt overclocked anything ever and was wondering what how i could overclock the Intel Core I7 3930K. Its currently running at 3.20GHz. Could i get more? Power is not a problem, i have a 800W power supply. I also have a water colling unit in my pc, so temperture isnt a problem.

Also, do you what program do you recommend for CPU overclocking? What would be a good speed for playing games?
