Need some info please

I currently have a HP a6803w with AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor 4850e 2.5 GHz
3 GB Ram 32 bit Vista Home Premium w/500GB on C:\ Drive.

I want to run Total War Rome 2 -- but looking at the game specs and my specs -- I can't make heads or tails of it!

If I need to upgrade my computer - I'll need to know what to purchase. These are the spec for Rome 2

• Hard Drive:35 GB HD space
• Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
