Computer Won't Boot After Attempting Recovery

Well, after filling my hard drive I decided it was time to do a full system recovery to factory settings.
I have a Lenovo Desktop running Windows 8, 1TB harddrive and I usually use a Radeon HD 7750 graphics card.

I used the Lenovo OneTouch system recovery, upon clicking it, my computer shut off (I assume it was to reboot in to recovery mode) but when it turned back on, nothing would display, my monitor would only toggle between "Analog/Digital" I tried 8 other monitors, none worked. I tried taking out the battery, didn't work, Tried replacing my graphics card, ram, and cleaned everyhting out, nothing worked. I even tried clearing my CMOS.

After doing all that work, all of a sudden, my computer wouldn't start. I got worried, as this is a 2 month old computer. I moved around some of the things that go over the prongs on the motherboard, like what goes on the CMOS prongs. After that, I got it to turn back on fully, but it still won't display.

Is there any solution? Or am I screwed of 1000 dollars? One person told me I need to just buy a new hard drive and a new OS, and that will work. I wanted to make sure that would work before buying anything else.

I am desperate for a fix, it has been weeks, and I hate using a poopy laptop.

Thanks!

EDIT 1: ALSO, I have been to Target, Staples, Best Buy, Gamestop, various local stores, Walmart, Geek Squad, various computer nerdy friends, family, and many other places. NONE have heard of anything like this, and said they have no idea what to do. I've tried just about everything, I don't want to have to buy a new computer. I'm not even sure if the recovery process even started.

EDIT 2: Again, also, I have attempted running a cord to the monitors with both VGA and through my Radeon, neither have worked.
