USB drive does not show up in explorer

Hello,

I have a 2TB Prestige Desktop Hard Drive IOMEGA that does not show up in my main Windows 7 system at home. On another system it does work fine. When it's working it shows up as two drives, a CD drive and a normal drive. The CD drive only has two files for installing an encryption, which I never used.
It used to work on the above system, now I can only see the CD drive, but not the main data drive in explorer. The drive does show up as "LDHD-UP3" in the USB applet in the system tray.
When I try it on another Windows 7 system at work it mounts the data drive just fine and works like a charm! I went thru support and they had me turn off the drive, then remove the driver listed in the device management under USB controllers, and turn it back on after a minute. Still same problem.
It is plugged into a USB port on the back directly to the ASUS RAMPAGE II GENE motherboard.
I have 2 other Fantom green 1 Terabyte drives running on this system and they work like a charm!
Does anyone know something I could try to get this guy working?
