Windows freezing

Hello Tech Support Guy forums,

Since a few days I have encountered a problem when using my computer, I can use it just fine for like 30-180 minutes but after a while my windows just freezes, I can still move my mouse and click things but everything becomes unresponsive.

What I have tested:
  • Overheating (GPU @ 56 celcius, CPU @ 46, HDD @ 20, Motherboard @ 31, seem ok to me.)
  • Memory tests (memtest86 2passes, Windows Diagnostics, both returned no errors.)
  • Clean Install Windows 8 Professional (This did not help, thats why I have concluded its probally a hardware problem)
  • I have disassembled the system and cleaned / vacuumed it and reassambled it

System specs:

GPU: Nvidea 560
CPU: i7-2600
RAM: 16gb

I'm thinking it could maybe be my power supply, is there any way to test this?
It's so annoying because you don't get a BSOD with this, atleast then its pretty simple for me to find the cause..

P.S. Sorry for my bad english I'm from the Netherlands.

Thanks for looking at my problem!
