Usb avi files reappear couple of seconds after deleting them

Hi everyone

Really strange thing is happening and i know it is my computer not my usb stick since i tried other usb sticks too.

I can't delete files from my usb sticks they keep reappearing.
Did try to format usb stick but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
