Solved: Webcam in Lenovo Thinkpad not working

The webcam in my T420 suddenly stopped working. Tried the following:

F1 to access Bios. Under 'Security' the 'Integrated Camera' is enabled.

Under Windows Live Movie Maker: Displays 'No Webcam was found.'

Under Device Manager there are no 'Imaging Devices' listed so I can't update the drivers.

Lenovo Easy Capture tells me 'Failed to Open Camera'

Skype Tools>Options>Videos says 'Skype couldn't find a webcam.'

Have installed the 8aca15ww.exe Integrated Camera Driver.

Edit: thanks to those who looked at this post. As you probably guessed it's a hardware failure, and I've just taken it to Lenovo for service.
