Solved: Advice please on Graphics Card

My spec's are current. My Graphics card is getting hot and starting to cause what I call flash outs, no pic for split second. When this happens HWMonitor is showing 65C. Computer is used for web surfing, light game play from Big Fish Games and email. I don't want to spend more than $75.00 if possible; but will consider all suggestions.
