Finger Print reader not working

Any advice please? I guess it's a driver problem...
Once I put my card in it doesn't even make any sound, doesn't get recognized...
Put it plays the music files just fine in my car. I used to be able to use it normally, that's how the card is full of music files, but all of a sudden, the reader here stopped working.
Please help! :(
