My Bluetooth headset will not remain connected :(

I have a Turtle Beach PX4 headset and it is currently paired to my pc through bluetooth. However, my headset will not stay connected to my computer for more than a split second. [This screen is the point at where I am stuck at in getting this to work.](http://i.imgur.com/IrDuagz) I really want for this to stay connected so I can utilize the microphone part of this headset. All my drivers are up-to date from what I know of and my radio is unobstructed (I mean i was able to pair it yet I can't be connected?)

Does anyone know a way to help solve this problem for me?
