Graphic card not to be found.

Hello. Here is my specs:

ASRock Z68 Extreme 7 Gen 3
GTX 580
i5-2500K
HDD(Not important)
DVD-Drive(Not important)
PSU 650W
WIndows 7

I have for the last couple of days had quite a few problems. For now, I have come to a problem where I cannot "find" my graphic card. It cannot be seen in device manager, and it will only run on integrated. Inside the case my 580 is running, it has light and the fans are running aswell. If I put the wire from my screen to my 580, it shows nothing but black screen.

Things I've tried:
3 different PCIE-slots.
Formatting
Change Primary Graphics Adapter to PCIE in BIOS.
Resetting and updating BIOS
Safe-Mode
