GPU rendering issue

My GPU has been rendering certain things strangely. It started recently, the first time I noticed was in a game (dota 2). I have updated drivers from Nvidia Control Panel and have tried a couple other things to fix this. I have no idea what the problem is technically called but I have clear pictures of it. It only affects things like the FurMark benchmark I ran and games. The desktop, watching videos, and just daily usage are not affected at all. The problem is the little squares you see in the pictures below.
