Acer 5733Z-4505 Missing Bootmgr

I have an Acer Acer 5733Z-4505 that give the following message at boot.

File:/Boot/BCD
Status 0xc0000098
Windows Boot Config Date File does not contain a valid OS entry.


I have tryed to reinstall windows 7 and it will not to that .
It only shuts the computer down and will not reboot.

What should I do form here to trouble shoot?
