DPC latency issues

Hi there

I have been having some bizarre DPC latency issues with my system. I recently just did a clean install of the OS and updated all my drivers with a driver updater program (may have been where I went wrong here). I now have huge latency spikes according to LatencyMon and I was told to run xperf or something to find out which drivers were causing it.

the main problem drivers:

dxgkrnl.sys
cmudaxp.sys
nvlddmkm.sys
USBPORT.sys
tcpip.sys

system restore didn't seem to work. I have tried disabling drivers in device manager to no avail. I have disabled the network adapter, the USB controllers, the sound card, and my video card. Nothing has helped

I experience a fair amount of pops, buzzes and drops in sound. I don't know if computer performance for gaming is affected by this but it seems to be.

Please let me know what I can do here. Thank you for the help :)
